You will need a quite work space, and will be responsible to purchase your required equipment to be successful through out your client course and servicing.
You will also need high speed internet. Most clients use VoIP phone lines, and you would not need the phone line from your service provider. Some clients will require a landline phone.
You can view the system and equipment policy, here. After you register with Arise you will be able to access a PC scan to confirm your equipment is acceptable.
Certification is an investment opportunity to train and service for the client of your choice. The charges for these courses range between $19.99 and $250, and range anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks in length. In these courses you will gain keen knowledge related to the client, call types, customers, and how to be successful. You will have an Opportunity Announcement to read through, and learn enough to know if the client would be a good match for you.
You are able to set your own schedule using the Arise Platform. Each client has hours that are available on a “first come, first serve” basis, so it is beneficial to select servicing intervals (which are 30 minute increments) as soon as possible after they are released. More servicing intervals are available during a client’s peak demand period. Please be sure to review the Opportunity Announcement (OA) for the client program you are interested in servicing.
Certain client programs have servicing hour requirements, which will be detailed in the OA. Some client programs require weekend servicing or servicing on certain holidays. Therefore, be sure to thoroughly review the OA and Statement of Work to ensure that you have selected a client program that you will have no problem servicing.
Note that for certain client programs, if you or your business is a top performer, you may receive first choice of hours. The better your business and your agents perform over time; the more desired servicing times may be available to you.
Service revenue ranges from $9 to $16+. Opportunity Announcements are accessed on the Arise Portal by clicking on the information icon of the client program of interest. Service rates are only available to business owners, but they will be available to review through a screenshot within the private CSP Working Bees Hive. You will also be able to access the pay schedule to know when to accept your pay whether by direct deposit or a mailed check.
